Appointments / NICE guidelines.....

We continue to care for our NHS patients regularly, with checkup intervals being determined by Department of Health guidelines.  Your dentist will be happy to provide the most appropriate recall interval for your dental need (In line with current NICE guidelines).

You can make an appointment in person or by telephone and wherever possible we’ll try to arrange one with the dentist of your choice.  In the event of an emergency, please contact us as soon as you can, if possible during opening hours on 01446 711797.  Our out of hours emergency provision can be found on the Emergencies page.

We respectfully request that if you are unable to attend an arranged appointment that you provide us with reasonable notice (24 hours if preferable) so that we are able to offer your appointment to someone else.  We do not tolerate violent or abusive behaviour towards our staff and will always take action against any patient who acts in this manner.

Special Services for Special Patients

During your first appointment with us you’ll be encouraged to advise us if you have any special needs.  If you have any worries about visiting the dentist please let us know.  We specialise in working with anxious and phobic patients.  If you have difficulty with stairs, please let us know.  We have access to two ground floor surgeries with adjacent on street parking to assist those who cannot manage stairs or who are in a wheel chair.
