We pride ourselves on providing high quality dental treatment and a professional service. We will endeavour to do everything in our power to resolve any issues which you may have.
If you are unhappy with the response which you receive from us then you are entitled to raise your complaint verbally or in writing to your local health board where you can also obtain information about primary care dental services in your area.
