Dentists

All of our dentists are fully qualified and have completed a minimum of one years Dental Foundation Training in practice prior to joining us.   All dentists are registered with the General Dental Council and Health Inspectorate Wales and are fully Indemnified to carry out all aspects of dental treatment.

We are committed to continually improving our skills and all dentists will have completed a minimum of 75 hours of Verifyable Continuing Professional Development over a 5 year cycle.

Mr Aled James, BDS (Wales), 2002.  (GDC Registration Number 80,773)

Mr James is the practice owner and principal dentist.  Mr James qualified from University of Wales College of Medicine in 2002 and completed his Dental Foundation Training within the practice.  He worked as an associate within the practice for 11 years before becoming the Practice Owner / Principal Dentist in September 2013.  He is a full time member of staff and is available Monday - Friday.

Mrs Elin Mai Jones, BDS (Bristol), 2010.  (GDC Registration Number 244,075)

Elin qualified from University of Bristol in 2013 and joined us shortly afterwards.  She is a Part  time member of staff and is available Monday, Thursday and Friday.

Mr Jay Dos Santos, BDS (London), 2014.  (GDC Registration Number 252,388)

Jay qualified from University of London in 2014 and joined us in 2022.  Jay works with us on a part time basis and is available on a Monday and a Friday.

Miss Nicole Saini, BDS (Wales), 2020.  (GDC Registration Number 289,079)

Nicole qualified from Cardiff University in 2020 and joined us in 2023.  Nicole works at the practice on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
